A Store QR opens the customer journey in the correct Store and Business context. Merchants can manage and rotate Store QR codes.
Customer loyalty
Customers verify by mobile and view progress.
Customers scan a participating Store QR, verify their mobile number and see campaign progress shared across the Business’s Stores.
Reward cycle
Collect, redeem and continue.
Eligible visits lead to stamps. Earned rewards can be redeemed in Store, and the customer continues into the next loyalty cycle.
Store feedback
Keep customer feedback in the Store context.
Private feedback remains available from a valid Store QR. Merchants may configure an optional Google review URL for an individual Store; it is a supporting reputation feature, not the loyalty product itself.
Customers do not need a public account.
The Customer PWA begins only after a participating Store QR is scanned. It is intentionally separate from the public marketing website.
